Due to the nature of skincare and haircare products and to ensure customer safety Beaute Attendue applies the following return and exchange policy.
Return requests are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order provided that the product is
Unopened
Unused
In its original packaging
Opened or used products cannot be returned under any circumstances for hygiene and safety reasons.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees in all approved return cases.
Exchange requests are accepted only in the following cases
Damaged product
Leaking product
Clear manufacturing defect
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product for review.
If the exchange request is approved Beaute Attendue will cover all shipping and exchange costs.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3 to 14 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
